My yoga practice started as subtle, through introductions to subtle energies, chakras, crystals, and special powers. Two years in to my practice I realized that I subtly was ignoring parts of my yoga practice, creating a major imbalance in my life. I would shy away from the physical postures because I thought I wasn't strong or flexible enough enough. I was placing limitations on myself. As a person who is always in his mind, one day I made a constant effort to break my old habits. I built this site to share my experiences and knowledge with you, so that your mind body & spirit can be one through the science of yoga.
